Gartner is the world’s leading research and advisory company, seeking a Sr Director Analyst for Enterprise Cost & Labor Market Analysis. The role involves analyzing labor market conditions and talent trends, providing actionable insights for Chief HR Officers, and publishing research to guide client decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify changing labor market conditions, talent trends, and guide data gathering efforts to measure the effects
• Pull together proprietary and publicly available data sets to derive new insights and offer compelling, actionable written guidance for CHROs
• Provide high quality and timely peer review for research content written by Gartner team members
• Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing research positions about talent analytics and talent market trends
• Engage with clients and prospects virtually or face-to-face and provide actionable advice on questions related to talent analytics and/or labor modeling
• Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings
• Attend industry and professional association conferences as needed
• Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community
• Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members, as needed
