Job Title: Entry Level Admin Assistant
Duration: 6 months
Location: San Diego, CA 92123
Ideal candidate- someone who just graduated with a year of experience- a construction background would be a plus, but open to all industries.
Description:
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving, and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
- May work on special projects.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
- Familiarity with MS Office required.
Required:
- The manager is looking for a very entry level Admin Assistant who would be comfortable with a short-term contract. They would like someone who is comfortable working on computers and systems, someone who is adaptable, and someone who can work independently on projects. They also would like someone with VERY strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with writing skills.

- This role will entail coordinating orders that come in for customers to use client services, so this person will be communicating with different groups within client- they need to be able to write well, and not afraid to ask questions.
Some Notes on the Role:
- This is an extremely short-term contract until the end of the year- no potential to convert
- This role will be 5 days a week onsite at Century Park, working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM
