Oracle Cloud HCM Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking a strong Oracle Cloud HCM Business Systems Analyst to support our recent Oracle Cloud HR go-live initiative. This is a highly functional role focused on post-production support, optimization, issue resolution, and partnering closely with business stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and help drive stabilization and continuous improvement of a newly implemented Oracle Cloud HCM platform. Need prior implementation experience with projects at Healthcare or Education industry .
Responsibilities
- Support and stabilize Oracle Cloud HCM environment post go-live
- Work closely with HR and business users to gather requirements and resolve system issues
- Analyze business processes and recommend HCM improvements and optimizations
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams/vendors as needed
- Support testing, configuration validation, and user adoption activities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Act as liaison between HR business teams and IT
Required Skills
- Strong experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Business Systems Analyst / Functional Analyst
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in a post go-live environment
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR/HCM modules
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating into solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
