LSI Industries Inc. is a publicly held manufacturer of advanced lighting, graphics, and display solutions. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for lighting, graphics, and display initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for lighting, graphics, and display initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met

- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring production and logistics
- Tracking material and equipment status
- Proactively resolving issues that could impact project milestones
- Preparing project documentation, status reports, and risk assessments
- Driving continuous improvement and adherence to quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Demonstrated project leadership skills, including Project Management experience overseeing multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through closeout
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to track orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including scheduling shipments, coordinating with carriers, and understanding supply chain dependencies
- Background in Inspection or quality oversight to verify that products, installations, and deliverables meet specifications and standards
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or other project tracking platforms)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar) and experience in manufacturing, construction, or lighting/graphics industries are preferred
