They are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to lead innovation within Dayforce Recruiting, focusing on enhancing hiring processes and candidate experiences through strategic product development and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dayforce Recruiting capabilities
- Deeply understand recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate needs through research, data analysis, and direct customer engagement
- Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, validation, and prototyping—rapidly testing ideas and iterating on solutions
- Apply continuous discovery practices to consistently identify, validate, and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities
- Build intuitive, efficient workflows that streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions
- Balance configurability and simplicity to support diverse customer hiring models across industries and geographies
- Prioritize initiatives using data, experimentation, and business impact
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure successful adoption and value realization for customers
- Operate in a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS environment with complex workflows and high customer expectations
Requirements:
- Deep user empathy across multiple personas (recruiters, hiring managers, candidates)
- Strong product discovery skills — comfortable using user research, experimentation, and data to inform decisions
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance product discovery, prototyping, and decision-making
- Experience applying continuous discovery frameworks to drive ongoing product improvement
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate them into intuitive product experiences
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS products with configurable workflows and integrations
- Proven cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success and Operations
- Strong systems thinking — able to connect recruiting to broader HCM processes (onboarding, employee data, compliance)
- Familiarity with high-volume hiring, global recruiting, or compliance considerations in hiring
- Experience building platform capabilities (e.g., integrations, APIs, partner ecosystems)
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving customer needs
