TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join their AI Search team. In this role, the candidate will lead the development of TikTok's AI search evaluation framework and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure evaluation outcomes reflect real user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of TikTok's AI search evaluation framework; leverage user research and data analysis to deeply understand user needs, and participate in defining experience quality goals and quantifying key issues
- Act as the project owner to drive cross-functional collaboration across upstream and downstream teams — including algorithm, business product, and evaluation operations — ensuring that evaluation outcomes accurately reflect real user experience and provide clear directional guidance for the business
- Support the building of an AI search evaluation knowledge base; contribute to the optimization of evaluation tools and workflows; proactively explore the application of LLMs to improve evaluation efficiency and team execution
