Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

NexHealth is a company focused on accelerating innovation in healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers. The Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack will build software that enhances patient experiences and improves doctor-patient relationships while solving complex challenges in the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Work in diverse product areas to solve challenges like booking healthcare appointments online with real-time availability, collecting patient information with customizable forms, and processing millions of dollars of payments
• Design, architect, and build delightful and scalable software to solve our customer’s problems
• Own cross-functional projects end to end, from technical design and decomposition to a successful launch and rollout
• Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to generate, prioritize, and deliver on ambitious engineering goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on building customer-facing products
• A history of sustained contribution over time
• A vision for what great software and great engineering looks like, and the technical expertise and leadership skills to make that vision a reality
• Excellent product-level thinking. You can understand all the different aspects of how customer journeys and data flows touch each part
• Ability and desire to solve high impact problems with any tool necessary, even if it requires stepping out of your comfort zone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, and business needs to the engineering team
