Goodstack is a fast-growing startup focused on revolutionizing how the world does good through technology. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape and drive their go-to-market narrative, translating complex product innovations into clear, compelling stories for both enterprise and nonprofit audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day go-to-market messaging across products, launches, and campaigns, ensuring everything feels cohesive, modern, and outcome-oriented
- Translate product innovation and customer use cases into compelling narratives across email, social, website, landing pages, and sales collateral
- Drive end-to-end launch and campaign execution across multiple channels, moving quickly from idea to market
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, leadership, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life
- Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks across Goodstack’s enterprise and nonprofit solutions
- Create and evolve sales enablement materials, customer proof points, and use-case narratives
- Shape Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning and community storytelling alongside the Product and Engineering teams
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase speed, scale, quality, and campaign execution efficiency across the marketing function
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in product marketing, go-to-market, content marketing, or strategic marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, impact tech, or AI-native companies
- Experience launching products or integrated campaigns at high velocity
- Exceptional storytelling and messaging instincts; you can simplify complex products into clear, compelling customer value
- A bias for execution: you own projects end-to-end, move fast across multiple workstreams, and sweat the details without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Experience building and running integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and sales channels
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to think across both enterprise GTM and community/ecosystem narratives
- Deep fluency in AI tools and an AI-native way of working. You think in systems, move fast, and use AI as a force multiplier, not a nice-to-have
- A track record of working closely with founders or executive teams in fast-moving environments
- A point of view on category creation, thought leadership, and earned media, and how to build share of voice over time
- Strong perspective on modern B2B storytelling, positioning, and customer engagement
- Experience building community or ecosystem-driven narratives
- A genuine love of language, you write with clarity, personality, and a point of view
