Mason Harding is partnering with a high-growth manufacturing software business to recruit a Global Sales Manager focused on new business in the Life Sciences sector. The role involves generating and closing new enterprise accounts, leading complex sales cycles, and engaging with senior stakeholders in manufacturing and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new enterprise accounts across pharma, biotech, and contract manufacturing organisations
- Build and execute a territory strategy across the US and European markets
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles for MES, EBR, and digital manufacturing solutions
- Engage senior stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, quality, IT, and digital transformation functions
- Partner with pre-sales, implementation, and product teams to shape compelling commercial proposals
- Represent the business at key industry events including ISPE, CPhI, and Interphex
Requirements:
- Proven hunter-style B2B sales track record selling into pharma, biotech, life sciences, or CDMO sectors — this is non-negotiable
- Strong working knowledge of MES, EBR, LIMS, process automation, or broader manufacturing software solutions
- Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Demonstrable experience managing long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Comfortable operating at C-suite, VP, and Director level across manufacturing, operations, and quality functions
