Antharos Recruiting is a highly respected boutique retained executive search firm specializing in leadership hiring for PE-backed and high-growth businesses. They are seeking a senior retained search recruiter or emerging practice leader to expand and develop the practice while executing retained searches for PE-backed and growth-oriented companies nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead retained executive search engagements from origination through completion
- Develop and expand relationships with PE-backed and growth-stage companies
- Execute senior-level GTM searches across Sales or Marketing leadership functions
- Advise clients on talent strategy, compensation trends, and market intelligence
- Manage complex executive searches while maintaining exceptional client and candidate experience
- Partner closely with internal research and delivery teams to optimize search execution
- Contribute to practice growth, market positioning, and long-term business development initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of executive search experience, ideally within a retained environment
- Strong track record of business development and client origination
- Experience executing senior-level GTM searches
- Exposure to private equity-backed, venture-backed, or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated production history, ideally $400K+ annual billings
- Strong consultative communication and executive presence
- Ability to thrive within a remote, performance-oriented culture
- Experience building or leading a practice area
- Existing relationships within key metro markets preferred
- Chicago market connectivity is highly valuable for the Sales practice
- Bachelor's degree preferred
