Inktel Contact Center Solutions is seeking Fully Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Specialists with a background in consultative sales. The role involves engaging with clients to identify their needs, recommending suitable financial products, and delivering exceptional service via phone and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients using a customer-first, consultative approach to identify their needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Deliver exceptional service while also identifying opportunities to offer options and add value
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and services to build trust and confidence with clients
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in all client interactions
- Collaborate with quality and training teams to self-manage performance and development
- Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions in our CRM
- Support clients using pre-written templates and the Call Center Knowledge Base
- Uphold KPIs including quality, efficiency, and sales-related metrics
- Contribute positively to the team environment and company culture
Requirements:
- Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Texas or Indiana
- 1-2 years of customer service experience or consultative sales, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment
- Proven ability to uncover client needs and offer solutions that align with their goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry speed: 45-55 WPM minimum
- Comfortable multitasking between systems, chat, and phone
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed
- Dependable, with a history of strong attendance and punctuality
