Customer Service Representation - Remote 1099 Phone and Chat - (#OFP)

Inktel Contact Center Solutions is seeking Fully Remote Customer Support Specialists with a background in consultative sales. The role involves supporting clients via phone and chat, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable financial products.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients using a customer-first, consultative approach to identify their needs and recommend suitable financial products
• Deliver exceptional service while also identifying opportunities to offer options and add value
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and services to build trust and confidence with clients
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in all client interactions
• Collaborate with quality and training teams to self-manage performance and development
• Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions in our CRM
• Support clients using pre-written templates and the Call Center Knowledge Base
• Uphold KPIs including quality, efficiency, and sales-related metrics
• Contribute positively to the team environment and company culture

Requirements:

• Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Texas or Indiana
• 1-2 years of customer service experience or consultative sales, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment
• Proven ability to uncover client needs and offer solutions that align with their goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data entry speed: 45-55 WPM minimum
• Comfortable multitasking between systems, chat, and phone
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed
• Dependable, with a history of strong attendance and punctuality

• Camera: Integrated or USB Camera
• Minimum Software Requirements Google Chrome: Latest version of Google Chrome for Windows
• Minimum Internet Connectivity Requirements Standard Connection / Speed: Hard-wired connection (no wireless), Minimum 45 Mpbs download / Minimum 10 Mpbs upload, Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location
• Maximum Latency Threshold: 120 milliseconds (ms)
