Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a Product Marketing or Product Strategy background to drive business storytelling, KPI definition, and executive-level communication for our enterprise platforms, including Order Management Systems (OMS), Dispensing, and Delivery platforms across Pharmacy & FrontStore.
This role will serve as a critical bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders, translating complex platform capabilities into clear business narratives, measurable outcomes, and value-driven insights for senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will help elevate platform visibility, articulate business impact, and ensure alignment between technology investments and enterprise outcomes, particularly within the Rx Modernization ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Value Storytelling & Executive Communication
- Translate complex engineering/platform initiatives into clear, compelling business narratives
- Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and value stories for leadership and stakeholders
- Communicate platform impact across:
- Order Fulfillment
- Pharmacy Dispensing
- Delivery & FrontStore systems
- Enable leadership decision-making through structured, insight-driven storytelling
- KPI Definition & Business Impact Measurement
- Define, track, and benchmark business KPIs aligned to platform outcomes
- Establish frameworks to measure:
- Efficiency improvements
- Customer / patient experience
- Operational throughput
- Cost optimization
- Partner with product and engineering teams to link technical outputs to business outcomes
- Techno-Functional Translation
- Act as a liaison between business and engineering teams, translating:
- Platform features Business value
- Technical capabilities Commercial/operational benefits
- Support data-driven narratives by understanding system workflows, integrations, and dependencies
- Contribute to solution positioning for modernization initiatives
- Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work across product, engineering, business, and operations teams
- Engage with senior leadership and domain stakeholders to gather inputs and validate positioning
- Align messaging across multiple programs and platform teams
- Platform Positioning & Visibility
- Drive internal and external positioning of platforms within the organization
- Build consistent messaging around:

Required Skillset
Top 3 Mandatory Skills
- Order Management Systems (OMS) Experience Mandatory
- Strong understanding of order lifecycle, fulfillment workflows, and system integrations
- Experience with platforms supporting inventory, routing, fulfillment, and delivery orchestration
- Product Strategy / Product Marketing Capability
- Ability to create executive narratives, value propositions, and business storytelling
- Experience in positioning platform capabilities for leadership and stakeholders
