Responsibilities:
- Own a strategic enterprise customer portfolio
- Drive customer retention and growth
- Build executive-level relationships
- Deliver strategic business reviews
- Identify commercial opportunities
- Influence product and roadmap discussions
- Partner closely with Product, Sales and Delivery teams
- Support onboarding, adoption and transformation initiatives
