Search Pros is a growing company seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to enhance their proactive HR Business Partner model. The role involves providing comprehensive HR support to over 600 employees across multiple locations and collaborating with business leaders on talent management and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Will provide the full range of HR support to 600+ employees in 50+ locations throughout WA, ID, and MT
- Will be the front-line/main point of contact for all things HR for the region
- Work closely with business leaders coaching and advising them on all things HR (i.e., talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, etc.)
- Hands-on, as well as strategic, role
Requirements:
- 3+ years of broad and deep HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience supporting employees in multiple locations
- Strategic and hands-on mindset
- Experience supporting multiple locations is required
- Excellent at building relationships with employees at all levels
- Self-starter with a creative/innovative mindset
- Person will work out of their home and must be able to travel up 25-40% of the time overnight throughout WA, ID, and MT
