Responsibilities:

- Manage employee relations, including investigations

- Drive recruiting efforts and implement hiring strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong expertise in HR policies, employment law, and compliance
- Skilled in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships
- Experience in talent management and employee relations investigations
