Hello Patient is transforming healthcare communication through advanced conversational AI, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate growth by creating and qualifying sales opportunities with healthcare organizations. The BDR will engage clinic leaders, uncover business needs, and connect qualified prospects with Account Executives, playing a critical role in shaping the buyer experience and building pipeline for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage healthcare decision-makers at clinics, specialty groups, and healthcare networks
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and website inquiries
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect workflows, challenges, and business goals
- Ensure smooth handoffs by documenting key insights and next steps within the CRM
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM systems
- Partner with sales leadership to test messaging, improve outreach strategies, and refine qualification processes
- Share market feedback, competitive insights, and prospect objections to strengthen our go-to-market motion
