Impresiv Health is a healthcare consulting partner specializing in clinical & operations management and enterprise project management. The Project Manager III will lead large-scale, complex projects from initiation through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to drive initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide projects and programs through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, communication strategies, resource plans, and risk mitigation approaches
- Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, business leaders, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables while proactively addressing risks and barriers
- Provide regular project status updates, executive presentations, and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders
- Drive process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies
- Support organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies
- Maintain project documentation, governance records, and implementation outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on project management best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large-scale and enterprise-wide initiatives
- 5+ years of experience leading information systems or technology-focused projects
- Experience within healthcare, managed care, health plan operations, payer organizations, or a related healthcare environment
- Experience leading enterprise technology, systems implementation, or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and change management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and documentation skills
- PMI, PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certifications preferred
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Smartsheet preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
