PPG Industries, Inc. is a leader in innovation and sustainability, dedicated to protecting and beautifying the world. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to manage customer orders, resolve issues, and provide support regarding product information and order changes.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a team with responsibility for all regions within the US for customer support
- Deliver accuracy in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns
- Provide flexible support to multiple duties at one time
- Learn product lines and be able to assist with any Customer Service calls to provide support
- Counsel Customers on basic information concerning return policies, availability, packaging, price and general information found on product literature
- Utilize the CAIR program for resolutions on general comments and complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of in a B2B Customer Service phone environment
- Experience documenting customer issues in detail and accountability in all tasks, ensuring follow-up on customer issues
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Organizational skills are highly desired
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Experience with SAP is preferred
