Responsibilities:

• Oversees client relationships
• Manages project plans
• Ensures consultant deliverables
• Works within project limitations and risks
• Helps clients be successful and projects profitable
• Acts as the principal liaison with clients
• Manages dependencies
• Scopes projects
• Mitigates risks
• Resolves issues
• Authors contract change orders
• Manages timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Experience managing Salesforce projects
• Strong desire to grow beyond managing tasks and timelines
• Passionate about leading interesting and complex projects that deliver business value
• Ability to develop trusting relationships with clients
• Adaptability to changing project constraints
• Oversight of client relationships, project plans, and consultant deliverables
• Ability to see the big picture while working within project limitations and risks
• Experience with agile project methodology
• Ability to manage dependencies, scoping, mitigating risks, resolving issues
• Experience authoring contract change orders
• Ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Curiosity about how Salesforce works
• Completion of online courses and earning trail-head badges related to Salesforce
• Excitement about obtaining Salesforce product certifications through self-study
