Tranzeal Incorporated is an industry leading global Business Transformation Service Provider offering consulting services and prepackaged solutions. They are currently seeking experienced HR Shared Service Specialists to support their clients with HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers through the HR service portal
- Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, I-9 verification, and offboarding processes
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of HR service requests and inquiries
- Maintain and enhance HR knowledge base articles, policies, and procedures to improve employee self-service capabilities
- Identify, resolve, and escalate process inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and compliance-related concerns
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Payroll, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams
- Monitor service issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
- Contribute to enhancements of HR systems, tools, policies, and operational processes
