Entegra is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing to support the development and delivery of downstream marketing programs for their Senior Living and Healthcare segments. This role involves managing project workflows, executing marketing campaigns, supporting events and webinars, and providing digital and sales enablement support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project development process, from intake through completion, ensuring alignment to timelines and deliverable requirements
- Oversee project trafficking and regular status updates, maintaining clarity and communication across teams, agencies, and stakeholders
- Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and delivery of downstream marketing assets
- Support planning and on-site/off-site execution for conferences, tradeshows, and key segment events
- Manage end-to-end webinar execution, including scheduling, content coordination, platform setup, promotion, and reporting
- Support social media content coordination, scheduling, and monitoring for Seniors and Healthcare audiences
- Execute components of downstream marketing campaigns within email platforms, websites, digital media, and paid channels, in partnership with the Director, digital and agency teams
- Maintain and update Showpad and other sales enablement tools with the latest content and assets
- Collaborate with the Director and Sales partners to activate sales plays sequences and deliverables, pull Jacquard analyses, and report Outreach results
- Ensure tools and messaging are current, relevant, and aligned with persona and segment needs
- Assist director with event planning and execution
- Track and report marketing impact results, KPIs, engagement metrics, event results, and campaign performance
- Monitor competitive activity, trends, and emerging segment insights to inform downstream strategy
- Establish defined project processes to ensure all relevant parties are aligned and moving projects forward. Maintain status report
- Work closely with agency partners, internal creative teams, Sales, Operations, Upstream Marketing, Communications, and the Director to support smooth and aligned execution
- Communicate timelines, needs, and deliverable status to ensure transparency and collaboration
- Update weekly marketing materials deck
- Operate with a high degree of independence, accountability, and attention to detail
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance quality, and deliver strong marketing support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or campaign execution
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting events, webinars, digital marketing, and social media
- Agency management experience and effective creative brief development
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Optimizely, SoForce, Showpad, Outreach, Jacquard)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and present insights
- Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in graphic design and project management
- Experience in healthcare, seniors living, hospitality, or B2B services is a plus
