Mandatory Skills and Experience:

10+ years of experience

Proven end-to-end administration experience with Tableau Server and Alteryx Server, including installation, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery (DR), security configuration, APIs, automation, and firewall

Strong understanding of identity and authentication providers, such as SAML, Active Directory, and related integration concepts.

Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals to troubleshoot server-level and user issues.

Hands-on experience independently troubleshooting performance issues related to Tableau and Alteryx Server assets, including dashboards and workflows (e.g., performance issues with Redshift-backed dashboards).

Working knowledge of Windows and Linux servers

Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.

Experience with certificate management for Tableau and Alteryx environments.

Ability and willingness to provide 24x7 production support, including on-call rotations.

Willingness to learn and expand areas of knowledge

Proven responsiveness and communication skills.

Strong customer-service orientation and proactive follow-through.

Nice to Have

Quick-suite formerly Quicksight

Experience with AWS, including VPCs, EC2 instances, networking, and certificate management.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines - GitLab.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
