Role Overview
- Answer high volume inbound calls and provide effective quality customer service regarding property insurance.
- Support borrowers and Carrier/Agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain their property insurance.
- De-escalate calls and process complaints and handle disbursement of premiums.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
