PTR Global is seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager (Email) to manage end-to-end campaign execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for B2B clients. This role requires marketing automation expertise and collaboration with data teams and creative agencies to enhance campaign performance through insights and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy static and automated email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time with proper QA and compliance checks. If needed, collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into executable SFMC workflows
- Adhere to execution timelines, QA processes, and documentation within the campaign management systems
- Identify opportunities for automation, scalability and process improvement
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Atleast 3 plus years Project management experience
- 3 plus years salesforce marketing cloud is a plus
- any kind of HTML or email build work history
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Marketing Channel experience i.e., Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile push/wallet campaigns
- Proven experience in B2B campaign operations or marketing automation
- Exposure to SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Demonstrated experience in attention to detail, project management, and business communication
- Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems
- Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts
- Exposure to Marketing databases and Digital Platforms
- Exposure to project management tools: COSMOS Workfront (or) MRM (or) Jira (or) ProofHub etc
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, organize workflow, and prioritize work
