PayHOA is a modern community management software company looking for a Marketing Manager to lead their in-house content strategy. The role involves producing and distributing content, maintaining SEO foundations, and leveraging AI to enhance marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Own content strategy and planning
- Create and distribute the content
- Maintain a strong SEO foundation
- Build for AI search (AEO)
- Uplevel our organic social motion
- Monitor and report on performance
- Work across teams and tools
Requirements:
- Experience in content strategy and planning
- Ability to create and distribute various types of content including landing pages, blog posts, glossary terms, case studies, thought leadership, and email marketing initiatives in HubSpot
- Strong understanding of SEO principles including keyword research, competitor and content-gap analysis, on-page and off-page optimization
- Experience in building AI search (AEO) content
- Ability to manage and promote content across social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
- Experience in monitoring and reporting on performance metrics
- Ability to work across teams and tools including HubSpot, Intercom, Moz, GA4, Scrunch, and WordPress
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tools
- Strong drive and motivation to define and own the role
- Organizational skills and process-minded approach
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce content quickly
- Willingness to leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini
