Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Army Business Development Manager to support a company focused on government contracting growth and expanding Army-focused programs and solutions. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and capturing Army opportunities while driving pipeline growth and leading executive-level reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and lead capture efforts for Army opportunities from early pursuit through award
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across Army programs, installations, and leadership
- Drive pipeline development and present at executive-level gate and pipeline reviews
- Develop win strategies, teaming approaches, and customer engagement plans
- Collaborate with proposal, solutions, and delivery teams to secure contracts in the $10M–$40M range
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with Army service and/or GovCon business development/capture roles
- Experience with key contract vehicles and platforms (e.g., ITES, OASIS, MAS, SeaPort)
- Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a proven track record of wins
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
