About this role
Dice is a recruiter seeking a UiPath Business Analyst with a focus on Healthcare and Epic systems. The role involves bridging clinical stakeholders with automation delivery, leading process discovery, documenting requirements, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery with clinical/revenue cycle teams; build ROI-driven business cases
- Document requirements; create PDDs, BRDs, AS-IS/TO-BE maps, acceptance criteria
- Translate Epic workflows into automation specs; recommend APIs/FHIR vs. UI automation
- Ensure HIPAA/HITECH alignment; assess regulatory risks
- Design test plans, coordinate UAT, support go-live
- Partner with clinicians and developers; present ROI to leadership
- Standardize CoE documentation and mentor junior BAs
Requirements:
- Hands-on Epic EHR workflows (clinical documentation, scheduling, revenue cycle, pharmacy, etc.)
- Healthcare provider operations knowledge (patient access, revenue cycle, clinical workflows)
- Experience writing PDDs, BRDs, use cases, AS-IS/TO-BE process maps
- UiPath RPA fundamentals (Orchestrator, attended vs. unattended bots)
- Process discovery workshop facilitation
- HIPAA/HITECH/PHI compliance understanding
- UAT and go-live validation support
