The Building People is seeking a Business Analyst responsible for understanding and documenting functional and technical requirements, analyzing business processes, and proposing Maximo enhancements. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom Maximo applications, as well as providing training and support to end-users.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with project and change management and Agile methodologies techniques, and processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
- Ability to listen and develop detailed requirements and support technology demonstrations
- Ability to communicate directly with USPS and lead discussions in constructive ways
- Familiarity with USPS
- Familiarity with Asset Management
