The Project Management Support role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned, and supporting the delivery of data science, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives within a cloud-based analytics platform.
Responsibilities:
- Acilitate agile ceremonies, removes impediments, and ensures cross-functional teams, including data scientists, platform engineers, data engineers, and program stakeholders, are aligned, unblocked, and delivering value consistently
- Will brings a foundational understanding of analytics and data platforms, enabling meaningful engagement with technical teams
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking for advanced AI/ML use cases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 0 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience in a technical project coordination, agile delivery, or data-adjacent role
- Working knowledge of Scrum framework principles and ceremonies
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for sprint tracking, backlog management, and reporting
- Experience with Confluence for team documentation and knowledge management
- Foundational understanding of data science and analytics workflows, data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), and the role of ML/AI in a cloud-based analytics environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams including engineers, data scientists, analysts, and non-technical program stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to facilitate meetings, synthesize technical discussions, and clearly convey progress and blockers to varied audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track action items, and maintain accurate sprint and program documentation
- Proactive approach to identifying impediments and coordinating resolutions across technical and operational teams
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply agile best practices in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder and must have been in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certification in progress or completed
- Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake workflows and how data engineering and ML pipelines are structured and delivered
- Exposure to MLOps concepts, including model development lifecycle stages, deployment pipelines, and governance checkpoints
- Experience supporting data science or analytics teams on a technical project
- Knowledge of healthcare claims data, Medicare/Medicaid program data, or federal health analytics use cases
- Experience with GitHub for tracking development activity and coordinating code review workflows across agile sprints
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau) and the ability to interpret analytical outputs in sprint reviews
- Experience with Confluence/JIRA dashboards and reporting for program-level visibility and executive stakeholder communication
