EdSights is a company that leverages artificial intelligence and text messaging to address challenges in Higher Education. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to take ownership of a territory, engage in prospecting activities, and develop strategies to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Partnership Directors to target, map, and develop prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunities within your territory
- Execute daily prospecting activities via phone, email, and social to set introductory meetings with prospective customers
- Tweak, develop, and strategize messaging and positioning to maximize outcomes of prospecting efforts
- Come up with your own creative strategies (e.g. email drip campaigns) to build new relationships with prospects
- Understand Institution's unique challenges, goals, and gaps
- Be a thought leader with industry knowledge who is able to provide perspective on the value EdSights provides

- 0-2 years of sales experience in B2B sales (preferred)
