Manager - Finance

Charles Schwab is a financial services company, and they are seeking a Manager for their Management Reporting team. This role involves developing and delivering financial and client-metric reporting to support data-driven decision-making for executive leadership and collaborating with technology groups to enhance reporting processes and controls.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver internal and external financial and client metrics reports and presentations
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and overall quality of reported metrics while consistently meeting deadlines
• Identify, investigate, and resolve reporting and metric issues; document findings and recommended policies/procedures for review and approval
• Design, build, and maintain automated reporting models to support business and operational changes
• Respond to stakeholder questions by providing clear explanations of reporting results, definitions, and drivers
• Support ad hoc initiatives such as benchmarking, research, and executive-ready presentations
