Level Access is dedicated to automating, optimizing, and monitoring cloud infrastructure to enhance accessibility solutions. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Azure environments, contributing to system stability and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve a multi-cloud infrastructure that supports the company’s accessibility solutions
- Implement and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on AWS, with an awareness of cost optimization best practices
- Support Kubernetes clusters, including deploying applications and managing configurations
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using best practices to improve reliability and speed of software delivery
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure deployment and architectural best practices
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog and CloudWatch to ensure system reliability
- Apply GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD for deployment automation
- Contribute to infrastructure and process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing
- Assist with compliance efforts including security and frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as required
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), or related roles
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions)
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and GitOps tools (ArgoCD or FluxCD)
- Experience configuring and deploying Helm Charts
- Skilled in Bash scripting; familiarity with Python and AWS Lambda is a plus
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog and AWS CloudWatch
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud and AKS
- Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance requirements or working within regulated environments
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions that enhance DevOps workflows
