Salesforce Snowflake + Salesforce CRMA Developer

Diverse Lynx is seeking a Salesforce Snowflake + Salesforce CRMA Developer to design and build scalable data pipelines and dashboards that drive business decisions. The role involves end-to-end delivery from data ingestion to insight, leveraging AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize data pipelines using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and dbt
• Implement RBAC, dynamic data masking, and row-level security
• Tune query performance and manage compute cost controls
• Build and maintain CRMA dataflows, recipes, and lenses on Salesforce
• Develop dashboards and stories for Service Cloud
• Integrate Salesforce objects with Snowflake via CDC or MuleSoft
• Use GitHub Copilot or Cursor for AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, and review
• Leverage Claude Code or equivalent for agentic tasks: test generation, documentation, and debugging
• Apply Jira Rovo or AI-assisted tools for ticket authoring, sprint planning, and release notes
• Contribute to team prompt libraries and share best practices for AI tool usage
• Review code, document pipelines, and mentor junior engineers
• Lead data modelling sessions and define engineering standards
