Owner.com is an AI-native platform dedicated to helping local business owners, starting with restaurants, succeed in the digital age. They are seeking a GTM Product Manager to manage the systems that drive growth, focusing on acquisition funnels, lifecycle signals, and AI-powered engagement to convert demand into annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Responsibilities:
- Increase total ARR contribution by building the infrastructure that helps Owner identify, route, nurture, convert, and retain high-quality demand
- Build and improve billing systems, CPQ flows, Salesforce syncs, RevOps integrations, data stacks, lifecycle marketing engines, and internal communication workflows
- Evolve Salesforce infrastructure toward a headless architecture that gives engineering and GTM teams more flexibility to build on top of it
- Build the platform that enables Growth, Sales, and Launch teams to apply AI across their funnels — making every stage faster, smarter, and more efficient
- Create a unified lead funnel spanning Growth, landing pages, Unified Sales Register, lifecycle messaging, and Sales and Launch workflows
- Partner with Engineering, Analytics, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Launch to make the growth engine faster, clearer, and more reliable
- Build the instrumentation, dashboards, and operating cadence that give the team real-time visibility into what's working, where leads are stalling, and which bets are driving trials and ARR
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Ability to get things done: you have a track record of shipping software that made a difference for your customers
- Excellent product sense: you have a good understanding of what makes for a high-quality product and are opinionated about what solutions will be successful
- Deep customer empathy: you care about helping your customers and are skilled at performing research to uncover their true needs
- Strong data fluency: you effectively gather and integrate quantitative and qualitative data to inform your decision-making and update your intuition
- Proficiency handling ambiguity: you make sure your goals are clearly defined and display significant independence in achieving them
- Clear written and verbal communication: you're a force for clarity and alignment, ensuring everyone's on the same page
- Competence with technical complexity: you can understand the high-level architecture of a product and its implications for the customer experience, and you're comfortable talking with engineers about project scope and tradeoffs
