RadixArk is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to enhance the positioning and perception of their products, particularly SGLang and Miles, within the AI infrastructure market. The role involves defining product messaging, managing go-to-market strategies, and executing field events while ensuring clear communication with developers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own product positioning and messaging for SGLang, Miles, and the broader platform
- Build and maintain buyer personas and ideal customer profiles to guide segmentation and storytelling
- Translate complex technical capabilities such as inference optimization and RL post-training into clear, differentiated value for distinct audiences
- Partner with engineering and product to turn new releases and features into market-ready narrative as soon as they ship
- Own the go-to-market strategy and launch calendar for new products and major updates, coordinating the cross-functional work needed to land them
- Produce sales and partner enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and benchmark narratives
- Ensure consistent messaging across every touchpoint, from website and social to partner co-marketing and events
- Plan and execute RadixArk's field programs end to end, including developer meetups, partner activations, and industry conference presence
- Own agenda, speakers, vendors, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up, not just the brief
- Shape RadixArk's external voice across announcements, statements, and executive-facing narrative
- Build relationships with media, analysts, and technical influencers
- Assess quickly whether and how to respond to sensitive situations, set the right framing and channel, and write the response yourself
