Senior People Operations Lead

They are seeking a Senior People Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering engagement and culture within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive people strategies that foster organizational growth, engagement, and culture
• Oversee and continuously improve HR processes including onboarding, compensation, benefits, compliance, Performance Review cycles and employee lifecycle management
• Apply a strong analytical mindset and data-centric approach to HR reporting, planning, and decision-making
• Act as a trusted internal and external voice with AAA-level English communication skills, transparency, and a direct, positive style
• Leverage key HR tools effectively—Excel, ATS, Payroll platforms, HRIS systems, etc.—to automate processes, streamline operations and inform strategy
• Take initiative as a pragmatic self-starter with a divide-and-conquer mindset. Prioritize outcomes over effort, work quickly and thoughtfully, and always maintain a frugal, efficient approach
