LUNARTECH is a frontier deep-tech company focused on artificial intelligence across various high-impact sectors. The Corporate Development Associate will play a crucial role in capital raising, partnerships, and acquisitions, working directly on valuations, investor relations, and product solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Finding buyers — build and qualify buyer and acquirer target lists for portfolio companies, and support sell-side processes from teaser to close
- Finding acquisition targets — source, screen, and profile buy-side targets and tuck-ins that strengthen the portfolio
- Strategic partnerships — identify, structure, and help negotiate partnerships, channel deals, and joint ventures
- Finding investors — map the right investors for each company and build outreach pipelines that earn meetings
- Fundraising — support live raises end-to-end: investor materials, financial models, data rooms, and outreach
- Investor relations — help manage investor updates, reporting, and the relationship after the round
- Valuation — build valuations across methods (Berkus, Scorecard, VC/exit-backward, comparables, DCF, precedent transactions) and stand behind the number
- Financial modeling — build operating models, projections, scenario and sensitivity analysis, cap tables, and dilution and returns math
- Data-room work — stand up and run virtual data rooms, manage diligence Q&A, and keep the process moving
- Data analysis — work through usage, cohorts, retention, and unit economics to build the case behind the numbers
- Product solutions — work hands-on with the products themselves: learning how they're built, contributing to how they evolve, and turning real product capability into a credible commercial and investment narrative
