They are seeking an Electrical Engineering Solutions Architect to drive functional engineering excellence, establish a center of excellence, and mentor engineers across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Accelerate the Product Lifecycle (PLC) across the organization by driving a single enterprise-wide best-practice of the electrical engineering ecosystem with standardized frameworks and governance
- Lead training, coaching, and change management to ensure adoption across all business groups
- Use KPIs and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Define and maintain enterprise-level electrical engineering standards, tools, test methods, and design frameworks
- Lead the Electrical engineering Leadership Forum to drive alignment and best-practice sharing
- Partner with product and technology leaders to strengthen technical rigor and innovative culture
- Serve as a leadership role model across the organization, mentoring emerging leaders and promoting a high-performance culture that values accountability and collaboration
- Manage and modernize the end-to-end digital development tool chain and ensure enterprise modular design and hardware reuse
- Evaluate, deploy, and integrate common tools that enhance productivity and process efficiency
- Provide training and best-practice guidance to ensure consistent, effective tool usage
- Establish a electrical engineering design hub to enable scalable, high-quality engineering support
- Drive engineering initiatives to optimize development costs, architectural design deployment, accelerate time-to-market and effective transfer into manufacturing
- Optimize designs for supply chain stability and continued post-market production
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering
- At least 10 years of growing responsibility in R&D technical engineering roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 5 years of industry experience, with extensive, successful experience in product development
- Demonstrated track record of leadership and delivering results
- Experience leading globally distributed teams
- Experience building organizational capability through coaching, training, governance, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across diverse business groups
- Strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving
