Mid-Level Electrical Engineer

Pond & Company is an award-winning, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services firm. They are seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to join their Professional Design Services team, where the candidate will lead the design and analysis of electrical systems while mentoring junior engineers and working on various impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take a leadership role in the design and analysis of electrical systems
• Mentor junior-level MEP engineers while supporting proposal efforts
• Work on diverse projects across multiple markets and geographies
• Efficiently navigate through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of related MEP experience
• Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
• Experience mentoring and training employees
• Proven experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients
• Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and produce high-quality work
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining a PE license in the near future
