The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout every stage of their journey. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience for clients. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with bookings, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, services, and policies
- Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
- Proactively follow up with clients before and after their journeys to ensure a positive experience
- Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently
