Aflac is a Fortune 500 company known for its voluntary insurance products. The Tech Business Analyst II role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting systems analysis, and recommending process improvements to enhance business strategy and system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates and presents complex technical concepts simply and effectively to nontechnical team members
- Participates in identifying opportunities that impact business strategy and system performance
- Works with business stakeholder to gather, document and analyze business requirements
- Works with the business and Digital Services to identify inefficiencies in process and recommends solutions
- Conducts systems analysis with a focus on technical process models and use cases
- Provides testing support and analysis for resolution
- Assesses long term needs, performs gap analysis and makes future state recommendations
- Serves as a project team member for projects of simple to moderate scope and complexity
- Communicates technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members
- Performs other duties as required

- Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues as required; review complex data and derive summary conclusions
