Dice is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Fiserv-based banking, payments, or card-services platforms. The role involves translating business needs into functional and technical requirements while collaborating with various teams to deliver enhancements and support for Fiserv solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support Fiserv-based banking, payments, or card-services platforms by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Partner with product owners, engineering teams, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements, integrations, and support for Fiserv solutions
- Act as a mentor to other BSAs and partner closely with business and IT teams to ensure effective delivery
