CMO / Growth Lead – B2B SaaS & Category Creation

C&D Talent Advisory is assisting a client that is building an operating system for public-sector dealmaking and infrastructure projects across Europe. They are seeking a CMO / Growth Lead to own marketing strategy, category creation, and growth across Europe, while directly reporting to the CEO and being part of the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Own marketing strategy, demand generation, brand, and category creation
• Build and scale multi-channel growth engines across SEO, content, paid acquisition, partnerships, and outbound-supporting programs
• Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives to improve activation, conversion, and expansion
• Lead product marketing, positioning, and messaging across all revenue streams
• Partner with Sales to launch and scale new European markets including DACH, Iberia, France, and Italy
• Own PR, founder branding, thought leadership, webinars, and industry events
• Build, lead, and develop a world-class marketing organization
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and business outcomes
• Work directly with founders on company strategy and growth priorities
