Role Summary

We are looking for a Kinaxis Solution Architect to design, implement, and support supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.
• Configure and customize Kinaxis applications, data models, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Analyze supply chain processes and recommend best practices.
• Support data integration between Kinaxis and ERP systems.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and consultants.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize solution performance.
• Prepare solution documentation and conduct user training.
