This role is focused on business development, where the manager will identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and manage the sales cycle from contact to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new business across existing customers and new prospects
- Leverage established relationships while opening new doors across healthcare systems
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity and networking
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Sell into complex environments and engage senior stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify, develop and manage service solutions
Requirements:
- Proven business development professional with a strong track record of winning new business
- 7+ years in a hunter role
- Confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable selling complex solutions
- Ability to expand existing accounts while generating new opportunities
- Self-starter who thrives in a build-phase environment
- Driven, resilient, and focused on results
