Investment Operations & Business Analyst

Daley And Associates, LLC is a leading investment management organization seeking an Investment Operations & Business Analyst. The role involves supporting the portfolio accounting platform, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with investment operations and trading teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support portfolio accounting and investment operations systems
• Perform security setup and maintenance using Bloomberg data
• Investigate and resolve trade processing, data, and application support issues
• Monitor end-of-day processing and exception management
• Query and update data using SQL
• Partner with operations, trading, and technology teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Support reporting, data validation, and corporate actions processing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in investment operations, portfolio accounting, settlements, fund accounting, or a related investment management environment
• Strong understanding of fixed income securities; derivatives exposure is a plus
• Experience with Bloomberg
• Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, updates)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
