AI Engagement Manager

AI Fund is an advisory firm focused on guiding enterprises through their AI transformation journeys, led by Dr. Andrew Ng. They are seeking an Engagement Manager to build and manage client relationships, lead AI consulting engagements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage client relationships across AI Aspire's enterprise portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting engagements, from scoping and planning through execution and follow-up
• Present to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Partner with internal teams — trainers, engineers, and leadership — to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements
• Support business development efforts by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and helping to close new business
• Help develop go-to-market materials, proposals, and client-facing communications
• Navigate enterprise and organizational complexities to get things done effectively
