The Senior Manager, Brand Partnership Sales will spearhead new business generation and build relationships with consumer brands, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to presenting to close for new high-value brand partnerships
- Client Prospecting and Engagement: Identify and engage with potential decision-makers through cold and warm outreach, focusing on consumer brands and their agencies
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong consultative relationships that result in long-term value and expansion opportunities with decision-makers at brands and agencies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a significant portion focused on selling to consumer brands and their agencies
- Proven ability to sell complex SaaS solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the brands landscape, with agency experience including key players and market dynamics
- Deep understanding of the marketing, loyalty, or customer experience tech landscape
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing high-value deals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Relationship-based selling (not classically trained sales)
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of consumer brands
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on long-term growth and client satisfaction
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
