AO Globe Life is expanding and hiring professionals to serve credit union members who are seeking guidance on available benefit programs. This entry-level, fully remote position involves conducting virtual consultations, assessing client needs, and guiding individuals through the enrollment process while ensuring compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom
• Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
• Guide individuals and families through the enrollment and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
• Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support
• Participate in team training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
• Experience in customer service, client advising, or sales is helpful but not required
